Images within this site belong to our photographers. You are free to look at the collection but if you wish to use the images in any other context, for example, in slide shows, lectures, commercial publishing, advertising or other similar uses you need to obtain a license to use the image(s). Please read the relevant agreement before proceeding with your purchase

Delivery Times
General Delivery (6 working days within Australia)
Express Delivery (48 hours or less within Australia)
Electronic Delivery of selected images on our website (at an agreed lower than usual resolution, 48 hours or less within Australia)
Pricing
Prices include GST of 10%. In all instances add $6 Postage and handling fee within Australia, call for a price for overseas delivery costs.
NON COMMERCIAL USELectures: $65 per image (allows continuous use for the same style of application).

We Accept...
Non Commercial (General License) Agreement
This agreement applies to non-commercial applications such as lectures, tutorials, slide/powerpoint presentations, school projects, and the like.
1. All images selected by you for your own use will be delivered to you by Aquila Audax Associates Pty Ltd as a high resolution .JPEG and .TIFF scan on CD, or, as a duplicated slide or low resolution emailed image at your request.
2. You agree to pay for all costs associated with the transaction as set out in our fee structure - including courier, postage and handling costs.
3. The purchase of an image entitles you to use it for the particular original application. You are able to re-use the image in similar circumstances repeatedly (For example, you are free to purchase an image to work into a not-for-profit slide presentation once, and then to continue to use it in future presentations), however you must seek and obtain written permission when your application changes from that which you sought application for originally. If permission has not been sought and granted, penalty fees may apply.
4. The fee depends on the proposed use. It must be negotiated and agreed upon before use of the selected images.
5. The image will only be dispatched after payment of all fees. Payment will be via credit card on-line, or through an account, though accounts must be settled within seven days of delivery.
6. The image/s is licensed only to you and may not be transferred or sublicensed without the prior written consent of Aquila Images. You must not reproduce, duplicate, project, store electronically or use images in any way, without the prior written permission of Aquila Audax Associates Pty Ltd, who assert copyright over the images portrayed on this site for and on behalf of the original photographers. The license contained in this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Aquila Audax Associates Pty Ltd if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Image/s and delete the Image/s and all copies from all magnetic media and destroy all other copies of the Image/s.
7. Copyright of images obtained from Aquila Images remains the property of Aquila Images or other copyright owners as specified.
8. Acknowledgment of the source of the image(s) used is to be positioned adjacent to the reproduced image, with credit "Aquila Images/Photographer's Name"
9. You are to provide Aquila Audax with one free copy of each publication/brochure/book etc in which the image(s) is used, upon publication.
10. No variation of any term or condition outlined in this document is permitted unless agreed in writing by both parties. If intended use changes from the initial agreement, you must notify Aquila Audax Associates Pty Ltd and receive written approval before proceeding.
11. Any breach of the above conditions which amounts to an unauthorised use of an image will be considered a breach of copyright as well as a breach of contract.
12. If there is a problem with the CD or the quality of the TIFF/JPEG scans does not meet with your requirements you must contact us immediately upon recognition of the problem or the fee is non-refundable. Postage costs are still applicable in this event, however the fee is waived and a new CD will be sent immediately at no cost to you.
Commercial (Publication) Agreement
This agreement applies to commercial applications such as books, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, advertising, brochures, leaflets, reports, CDROMS, posters, stationery, internet, videos/films.

Express Delivery (turnaround time is 48 hours or less)
(These conditions are in addition to the general terms and conditions outlined in the preceding section).
1. Express delivery service will incur an additional 20% on top of the standard fee.
Electronic delivery of selected images on our website (48 hour turnaround or less)
(There are over 600 images scanned in TIFF format, at 300dpi)
1. A service fee of an additional 10% will be charged to deliver these images electronically.
2. The normal terms and conditions for use of Images from the Aquila Images collection applies.
