When do I get my image(s)?

General Delivery. (6 working days within Australia)

Express Delivery. (48 hours or less within Australia)

Electronic Delivery of selected images on our website. (at an agreed lower than usual resolution, 48 hours or less within Australia)

Outside of Australia, add a week for international freight of your CD. International Couriers can be arranged for an additional fee.

Duplicate Slides rather than pre-scanned high -res images. Duping adds another 3-4 days to the delivery schedule. However, many of the originals are held off site and it can take us a couple of days to track them down.

Can I get original 35mm slides?

In absolute emergencies you can, however it should be noted there are higher fees involved and financial and legal penalties for lost, stolen or damaged slides. Why reinvent the wheel when our high-res scans will save you time and money - without the worry or having to look after the originals?

Can I get exclusivity over the image I buy?

You can arrange to have the image you buy the rights to use on an exclusive basis, however, this will need to be handled on a case by case basis in consultation with the photographer.
